TNJ held work sum-up for 2015

On the afternoon of Feb.04, before the holiday for Chinese traditional Spring Festival, TNJ Sales Center andOperation Center held Summarizing and Commending Meeting for 2015 group work respectively.

Sales Center held meeting in International Business Meeting room, chaired by Sophia Zhang vice president for int'lbusiness. Ms.Zhang summarized the sales work for 2015. She highly appraised the hard and effective work of all TNJsales people. In 2015 by withstanding the severe pressure from bad international and domestic economic situation, Sales Department made great achievements by taking flexible sales strategy, improving service level and makinginnovation etc. In particular, the international marketing department took the initiative to adopt "go out" strategy tohave zero distance communication with foreign customers, and achieved good results. In 2015, Internationalmarketing department, in terms of sales volume and profit margins, have achieved a steady growth.

Chen Cheng, manager of the domestic marketing department, summed up the work of last year. In 2015, the domestic chemical industry experienced the hardest situation since 2008. But the domestic marketing department, by taking the strategy of rationally allocating sales volume and made professional training of sales and chemicals to all sales people, maintain a sales growth rate of 5%.

At the operation center, the Operation Department conducted a summary meeting. Sunny Ma, the manager of theoperation center, presided over the meeting. The meeting mainly discussed the company's internal managementand customer service. The meeting pointed out that in 2015 TNJ established a clear management framework.

Next step, we will strengthen management, clarify responsibilities so that each department can achieve goodcoordination with each other to ensure the overall good operation. At the same time, we must resolutely strengthenthe concept of customer service and improve customer service level. Every TNJ employee has a profoundunderstanding that their words and deeds are always on behalf of TNJ. We should strengthen the brand construction and personnel development in 2016.
