Use & Application
Sodium tripolyphosphate acts as water retaining agent, chelating agent, dispersant and quality improver.
In food industry, it is applied in meat, seafood and frozen food to retain moisture, improve tenderness and prevent discoloration.
In detergent industry, it serves as builder to soften hard water, disperse dirt and boost washing efficiency.
It is also widely used for ceramic slip dispersion, textile printing & dyeing auxiliary, industrial water treatment, oil field additive and pigment dispersing agent.
