Application & Use

Cosmetics: Creams, lotions, ointments, lipsticks. Functions as emulsifier, emollient, thickener, stabilizer, improves skin softness. Recommended dosage: 1-5 %.

Food industry: Bread, cake, ice-cream, margarine, dairy products. Emulsifier, anti-staling agent, stabilizer, anti-foaming agent (E471).

Pharmaceutical: Ointment excipient, tablet lubricant, suppository base material, topical cream emulsifier.
