Application

Coatings and Inks Industry:

- As a film-forming aid and solvent, it is used in water-based or solvent-based coatings and UV ink systems to improve leveling and reduce surface tension. ‌‌

- Used as a solvent for nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetate, and others. ‌‌

Industrial Cleaning and Electronic Chemicals:

- Prepare precision electronic component cleaning agents, metal degreasing agents, and optical glass cleaning solutions with low volatility and low residue characteristics. ‌‌

- As a solvent carrier for photoresist stripping solutions and semiconductor packaging materials. ‌‌

Other Uses:

- Brake fluid components: one of the key ingredients in brake fluid. ‌
