1. Product Overview
Tocopherol Acetate (Tocopheryl Acetate), commonly referred to as Vitamin E Acetate, is the most stable and widely commercialized esterified form of vitamin E. It is divided into two mainstream industrial specifications: Synthetic DL-α-Tocopherol Acetate (CAS 695-91-2) and Natural D-α-Tocopherol Acetate (CAS 58-95-7). The acetyl modification effectively solves the defect of easy oxidation of free tocopherol, endowing the product with excellent chemical stability, long shelf life and wide formula compatibility. It serves as a high-efficiency natural antioxidant, professional skin care conditioner and high-value nutritional fortifier, extensively applied in cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, health products and animal feed industries worldwide.

3. Core Product Features
- Superior Stability: Acetyl-protected structure resists oxidation and hydrolysis, stable in high-temperature
production and long-term storage, no deterioration and discoloration.
- Dual Antioxidant & Nourishing Performance: Effectively scavenges free radicals, inhibits lipid peroxidation,
prevents product rancidity and aging; provides professional skin repair and nutritional supplementation effects.
- Excellent Compatibility: Fully compatible with various cosmetic substrates, food raw materials, pharmaceutical
excipients and feed additives, no stratification or incompatibility.
- High Safety: Non-toxic, non-irritating, compliant with global food and cosmetic safety standards, suitable for long
term human body contact and oral intake.
- Grade Differentiation Advantage: Synthetic grade meets low-cost industrial mass production demand; natural
grade meets high-end organic and high-activity product requirements.
4. Differentiated Applications of Two Grades
4.1 DL-α-Tocopherol Acetate (Synthetic)
Cost-effective universal grade, widely used for mass industrial production: daily cosmetics (moisturizer, emulsion, hair care products), ordinary nutritional supplements, general food antioxidant preservation, and conventional animal feed additives. It is the most mainstream vitamin E raw material for civilian industrial products.
4.2 D-α-Tocopherol Acetate (Natural)
High-activity high-end grade, with higher biological potency and better skin permeability. Mainly applied in high-end organic skin care products, medical-grade pharmaceutical preparations, high-end functional health foods, infant nutrition products and premium feed additives, focusing on high-efficiency nutrition and safe high-end application scenarios.

6. Packing & Storage
Packing: Standard food-grade plastic drum packaging. Conventional specifications: 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum; customized small packages of 1kg, 5kg and 10kg are available for both grades.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep containers tightly sealed at all times. Avoid direct strong light, high temperature environment and contact with strong oxidants to prevent oxidative deterioration.
Shelf Life: 24 months under standard sealed and proper storage conditions.
7. Transportation & Compliance
Hazard Classification: Non-dangerous goods, no hazardous transportation restriction.
Both synthetic and natural grades fully comply with global mainstream regulations including REACH, TSCA, FDA, EU food additive standards and cosmetic ingredient specifications. No special supervision and approval required, supporting sea, air and land transportation for global export.
