Dimer Acid (also known as C36 Dimerized Fatty Acid, CAS: 61788-89-4) is a high-purity dicarboxylic acid produced by catalytic polymerization and distillation of unsaturated plant fatty acids. It is a mixture of C36 dibasic acid with stable chemical structure, excellent flexibility, low volatility and strong adhesion. The product appears as a light yellow to amber transparent viscous liquid at room temperature, widely used as a key intermediate in polymer, adhesive, coating and lubricant industries.
