Description

1-Deoxynojirimycin is abbreviated deoxynojirimycin or DNJ, chemical name is (2R,3R,4R,5S)-2-hydroxymethyl-piperidine-3,4,5-triol. It is a natural alkaloid seperated and purified from mulberry branch, mulberry skin and mulberry root with morden technology.

This product is superactive α-glycuronide inhibitor which can be absorbed more easierly than acarbose. It can inhibit the transform sugar in human body and has better function to decrease the blood sugar in limosis and after dinner than sulfonylureas, lower possibility which cause hypoglycemia and other side effect than other hypoglycemic drugs and more safety.
