1. Product Brief
Detergent‑grade CMC‑Na is an anionic water‑soluble cellulose ether, produced by alkalization and etherification of natural cellulose without deep purification. It is white to slight yellowish fine powder, hygroscopic. Its core function is anti‑redeposition: preventing dirt particles from re‑attaching onto fabric surface during washing. Mainly applied in laundry powder, liquid detergent and soap bars. Not suitable for food, pharmaceutical or drinking‑water contact applications.
