1.Used as a raw material for the production of vitamin K3, used for the synthesis of plant growth inhibitors, surfactants, water reducing agents, dispersants.
2.In medicine, it is used as an intermediate in the production of vitamin K3, oxidized to produce β-naphthol, used as a long-acting or short-acting oral contraceptive.Agricultural synthesis of plant growth regulators, DDT emulsifier;After being sulfonated, it can be used as descaling agent, and can also be used as raw material of fiber dyeing agent, wetting agent, surfactant.
