Use & Application
Cosmetic grade 1,3-Butanediol is a popular humectant and solubilizer for skincare and hair care formulations including serums, creams, lotions and toners. It can stabilize active ingredients, reduce preservative irritation and provide non-sticky moisturizing effect on skin.
Industrial grade 1,3-Butanediol serves as an important chemical intermediate for manufacturing polyester resins, polyurethane materials and plasticizers. It also works as solvent for printing inks and fragrances, as well as humectant and softener for paper, textile and tobacco industries.

Delivery & Storage
