Use & Application
Cosmetic grade octocrylene is mainly used in sunscreen creams, sprays, lotions and daily skincare products with sun protection claims. It absorbs UVB and part of UVA rays, improves photostability of other UV filters, and helps maintain consistent SPF performance. It has excellent compatibility with emollients and other sunscreen ingredients, widely added to facial and body sun care products.
Pharma grade octocrylene can be incorporated into topical protective preparations to offer UV shielding function. It works together with other oil-soluble active ingredients, stabilizes formulation systems and protects active substances from UV degradation.
Industrial grade octocrylene serves as UV stabilizer for plastics, coatings and synthetic fibers. It prevents polymer aging, yellowing and property degradation caused by ultraviolet irradiation, extending service life of end products.

Delivery & Storage
