CAS 91995-81-2 Di(palmiticcarboxyethyl) Hydroxyethyl Methyl Ammonium Methylsulfate is an ideal cationic surfactant for fabric softeners or textile softeners. The product is derived from pure natural plant sources, is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-irritating, safe, and hygienic. It can be formulated into products with concentrations ranging from 3% to 20%, does not separate, and can be blended with non-ionic, cationic, or weakly cationic silicone oils.

CAS 91995-81-2 RT—90 can be used as a fabric softener for pure cotton and its blended fabrics, as well as wool, silk, polyester, and acrylic in softening finishing processes.

Usage Instructions

This product cannot be used directly. It is recommended to dilute it at a ratio of 1:8 or 1:10. First, heat the measured water to around 50-60 degrees Celsius, then slowly add the measured RT-90 while stirring at medium or low speed. Continue adding material and stirring until a uniform paste is formed. Cool the mixture to room temperature under stirring conditions. If possible, adjust the pH to 5-6 for better results.

After dilution at 1:10

Immerse method: 1—3% (o.w.f)

Dip and squeeze method: 10–15 g/L

The above dosage is for reference only and can be adjusted flexibly according to the type of fabric.

Packaging Storage

Packaged in 180/120kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place in summer and in a warehouse in winter. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme cold or heat. After opening the drum, use it as soon as possible. Any remaining product should be tightly sealed. Shelf life of one year (un-diluted).
