3. Grade Typical Applications
General Industrial Grade: Halogen‑free flame retardant for unreinforced PA6, PA66, flame‑retardant masterbatch, coatings, rubber; cost‑effective bulk export grade.
Super‑Fine Grade: For nylon electrical components, good dispersion, low sedimentation, UL94 V‑0 at 1.6 mm thickness.
Ultra‑Fine Grade (D50＜1 μm): High‑end nylon thin‑wall parts, high transparency requirement, low mechanical property loss; equivalent to imported Melapur‑MCA.
Application note: MCA performs best for unfilled / non‑reinforced polyamide. Glass‑filled PA needs synergist compound formulation.4. Storage & Shelf‑Life
Storage: Keep in dry, cool and well‑ventilated warehouse. Avoid heavy moisture and direct sunlight. Keep bags tightly closed after partial use.
