The difference between Tetramisole hydrochloride & Levamisole Hydrochloride

Molecular structure of some drugs has about two kinds of optical characteristics, for example, Tetramisole hydrochloride is actually a mixture of Kvamisole hydrocbbride and levamisole hydrochloride (although they are the same in the chemical composition but different spatial structure).

After the separation of the optical rotation, we found that tetramisole hydrochloride has no effect to the treatment of disease. And the real role is from levamisole hydrochloride.

As a result, there is a separate drug called Levamisole hydrochloride with advantage as: Taking the amount reduced by half, and the risk of adverse reactions also decreased.
