Soybean lecithin or Soya lecithin CAS 8002-43-5 is a surface active agent with unique properties and an essential ingredient of many processed food products. Our standard lecithin is a available in fluid or plastic consistency and unbleached, single or double bleached and modification grades. Our powder lecithin is oil-free and ideal for numerous food and non-food applications. Soya lecithin consists primarily of phosphatidylcholine(PC), phosphatidylethanolamine(PE), and phosphatidylinositolnd(PI). Widely used baking food, candy, ice cream, meat product, health food and medicine,etc. We guarantee our soya lecithin is Non-Gmo product.

Application

Soy Lecithin contains many beneficial properties, and is used as an emulsifier, thickener, stabilizer, mild preservative, moisturizer, and emollient. Lecithin can be utilized in almost any recipe, and is commonly found in both food and cosmetics. For food use,soy lecithin is often found in chocolate, baked goods, salad dressing, and many other prepared foods. Cosmetically,soy lecithin may be added to moisturizers, makeup, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, lip balms, and many other products. Soy lecithin is also a great alternative to other emulsifying and stabilizing agents, some of which are derived from petrochemical sources.

Storage & Transport
Soya lecithin products easy absorb moisture from the air, must be sealed storage and transportation, preserving in a cool
and dry place .You can do heat treatment processing under 80℃.
